2012 Stelos Alliance Awards banquet

 

The mission of the Stelos Alliance is to help extraordinary young people reach their potential through scholarships and principled leadership training. In just a few days, the Stelos Alliance family will spend the evening honoring the following students with a total of $21,000 in scholarships at the annual Stelos Alliance Awards banquet.

The honorees are as follows:

Housley Scholars:

Adam Odomore is currently majoring in International Relations at Texas State University. Adam plays active role on campus by serving the residents of San Marcos Hall as their Resident Assistant. Adam is also furthering his leadership through his active role in the Texas State Leadership Team.

Taylor Dorn will be graduating in May 2013 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology. Taylor currently is the President of the Geology Club, and the Chair of the Academic Encrichment Committee for the Associated Student Government.

Karli Koerner is currently majoring in Communication Studies at Texas State University. Karli possesses contagious enthusiasm, which has helped her serve at the Cat Camp Director and the current President of the Student Organizations Council.

Kameron Fehrmann is currently majoring in Communication Design at Texas State University. Kameron currently works in the LBJ Student Center Marketing Office, and is also an active member of Student Foundation.

Ryan Elliot is currently majoring in International Studies at Texas State University. Ryan currently serves as the Director of Veterans Day for Student Foundation, as well as, serves as a Senator for the Associated Student Government.

Danielle Bonanno will be graduating May 2013 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, and will be attending Texas Wesleyan’s Law School in the fall. Danielle currently serves as the Vice President of Finance for Student Foundation.

Jamie Lahiere will be graduating May 2013 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurial Studies. Jamie plays an active role in the organization CEO.

Stelos Scholarship Recipients:

Ashley Brown will be graduating May 2013 with a Bachelor of Public Administration degree. Ashley is currently the Director of Bobcat Pause for Student Foundation at Texas State University.

Ryan Gates will be graduating May 2013 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry. Ryan currently serves as the Vice President of Administration for Student Foundation at Texas State University.

Mindy Green is currently majoring in Public Relations at Texas State University. Mindy is an active member of Chi Omega, where she currently serves as the sorority’s Scholarship Chairwoman.

Lindsey Hendrix will be graduating May 2013 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders. Lindsey currently serves as the Executive Assistant in the Associated Student Government, as well as, an active member of Student Foundation.

Andrew Henley will be graduating August 2013 with a Bachelor of Public Administration degree. Andrew currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Student Foundation, as well as, the Senate Pro Tempore for the Associated Student Government.

Nathan McDaniel will be graduating August 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Nathan currently serves Texas State University as the Student Body President, while maintaining an active role in both Student Foundation and Pi Kappa Phi.

TerriLe Murphy will be graduating May 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. TerriLe currently serves as the Vice President of Programming for Student Foundation, as well as, playing an active role in the Gospel Expressions Association.

Devan Reynolds will be graduating May 2013 with a Bachelor of Public Administration degree, and will be continuing at Texas State University by pursuing a Master’s degree in Legal Studies. Devan is also an active member of Student Foundation, where she serves as the Co-Chair of the Bobcat Pause Committee.
