“They that will not apply new remedies must expect new evils.”

Francis Bacon

We’ve been talking for the last four sessions about the importance of taking ownership over our actions and brand – but no habit or technique equals influence until we put them into practice and test them in the field.

Once engaged in the difficult work of running and leading an organization, it becomes evident that it’s not only important to have the right foundational tools and mindsets, but to also understand the importance of flexibility and adaptability in your role as a leader.By earning trust from your team and adapting your leadership to situational demands, it becomes clear that the best leaders are well equipped with tools and practices and keenly aware of how important it is to remain flexible when faced with the inevitable challenges that arise when humans are involved.

Check out the photos from Session Four on Facebook here.

Also, stay tuned for our weekly HPLP Dispatch – video interviews of students sharing what they’ve learned and what they’re doing to improve themselves and their organizations.
