Though a leader might belong to an organization or have several affiliations, they are also a brand in and of themselves.

It’s quite difficult to achieve what you want to achieve and lead how you want to lead if you don’t have a grasp of the product you’re presenting – which is, in the end: You, Incorporated.

Understanding your brand is more than cleaning up Facebook or a resume – a brand is an in depth look at what you have to offer, what you want to do and how you want to be known.

We believe it is important for us to understand our strengths before we can build them into a brand. In Session Three of the Housley Principled Leadership Program, we’re excited to cover Marcus Buckingham’s material on strengths in his book, The Truth About You.
