What if your default was assuming every member of your organization had its best interest in mind?

What if your default was believing that, in the end, everyone just wants to do something meaningful?

What if your default was to say to yourself: I’ll figure this out instead of, This is a huge kink in my plans?

What if your default was believing you’re doing a little better than you think you are and choosing to stick with it instead of convincing yourself that you’re behind and unqualified?

What if your default was choosing difficult things instead of easy ones?

What if your default was applying extraordinary effort to you work instead of settling for average output?

What if your default intention was changing things, not continuing them?

How different would things be?
